dispatch of your order you will be sent an e-mail  to confirm postage. Please ensure that your e-mail address and other registered Play.com details are current and correct we use this information to send your item and communicate with you. *Red Frog International Ltd offers a 1 Year FREE REPLACEMENT Guarantee on all sunglasses. If the product breaks at any time during the first 12 months we will send you the same or as similar as possible, replacement sunglasses free, you will only have to cover the prevailing Postage & Packaging charge and an admin fee. Guarantee covers the structure of frames, this guarantee does not cover damage to lenses or surface scratches on the frames and general wear and tear to hinges, temple covers or nose pads or loss of parts.

**Red Frog International Ltd offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused purchases ( tags & stickers still attached and packaging intact). Simply return the purchased item within 30 days for a refund. Red Frog International will not refund the return postage cost.

Steps for requesting to return an item:

  1. Contact Red Frog to obtain a returns number, items will not be accepted without one. Write the returns number on the outside of the package.
  2. Return the merchandise within a 30 days time frame, any item sent and stamped at the Post Office after the 30-day period will be refused. Please e-mail Red Frog when returning the item so we are aware of it being in transit.  
  3. Include the item and all accessories and packaging in the original unused condition which includes the tags still being attached to the product, i.e. goods and packaging should be in the same condition as when they were
    dispatched
  4. Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
  5. Goods returned damaged for a refund will be rejected and a charge to send it back to you will be made, rejected items will be held until this payment is made, or disposed of after 3 months if not.
