Welcome to Red Rock Trading!
 Red Rock Trading was established in 2010. We have grown considerably over the last few years and currently offer over 20,000 products across multiple categories at very low prices.

How are we different from other online sellers?
 We aim to make shopping online as simple and as enjoyable as possible by offering a high level of service at all times. We will despatch your order quickly and supply full tracking details so can can see when your order is due to arrive. All items are fully insured and tracked in transit and we only use reputable national couriers. We also promise to reply to all your emails in a timely manner and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Once your order arrives if there are any problems or you simply wish to return the item please just email us and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.


When your order arrives please keep all packaging, booklets and accessories and open it as carefully as possible in case there is a problem. Please test your new item when it arrives and make sure there are no faults or problems. If it is a gift, to be given at a later date, we still recommend opening and testing it on receipt.

For some technical issues you may want to first contact the manufacturer. Their contact details are normally found in the instruction booklet or are available on their website. They normally have trained staff who can quickly diagnose and resolve any issues.
You may return an unused item within 14 days for a refund or an alternative product.

We will then issue a Returns Number and instructions on returning the item. The customer pays all return shipping.
The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold.
If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you.
