Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item please read this page on how to do so.

Unwanted Items:
If you change your mind on an item and no longer want or need it, we are happy
to accept the item back under a few conditions. The item must either be
un-opened or in `As New?? saleable condition. Items can be returned for a refund
minus any postage incurred by us. Please contact us before hand and include
your email and order number. This needs to be done within 7days of the item
You will be required to return the item at your own expense. Unfortunately we
cannot be responsible for any loss in transit to us and will not be able to
process a refund on goods not received back.

Damaged Items:
Please email us as soon as possible at 'play@sbservices.co.uk' to let us know the
item has arrived damaged. We will advise you the best way to send the item back
to us. This postage will then be refunded and the item replaced. Please contact
us within 7 days but sooner if possible. Please keep all packaging as this will
be needed to make a claim to Royal Mail

Faulty Items:
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the support team for that item
as some issues can be resolved easily.

If the item has been diagnosed as faulty, you may
return the item to us for a replacement item,

If an item arrives to you faulty and you wish to return for a refund, this must be
done within 14days, in this case we will cover costs of posting.

After 14days we will either replace or repair the faulty device only.

We are also only able to accept returns of products with an genuine fault and not
items that are no longer working due to neglect or other damage.



We test every return and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by the returns
team, we will unfortunately have to return the item to you. To prevent this
please explore every possible avenue to try and get your product operating, you
can contact us for support when needed.
