Some of them are just great deals that we think you won't be able to stop yourself from buying.Across all of our ranges, all items are 100% brand new and supplied as they are manufactured (unless otherwise indicated).This sometimes means that CDs or DVDs may not be sealed or shrink-wrapped, this is purely a record company/manufacturer decision and is common in the UK, but we guarantee to always supply items from brand new stock and we package and send them to you safely, securely and very quickly.
All postage is free and based on standard second class mail for the UK and standard airmail for Europe.Our aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation on the website, through Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend period will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 30 days of the order being shipped, provided they are in perfect condition and the original wrap is intact, where applicable. Please send the items to the address below and make sure to enclose a note quoting your order number.Please note that were items are returned as no longer required, the cost of the item only will be refunded and not the postal charge or return postage costs unless other wise agreed in advance.We will issue replacement items where available for orders that have not arrived within Royal Mail specified times, however we need to be made aware of non-arrival within the following timescale: UK - 21 days, Overseas - 30 days.For any items that have been damaged in transit or are found to be faulty when used, we will ask for the product to be returned to the address below with a note of the original order number and as much detail as possible of the damage / fault. These items will be checked and then either replacement items supplied or a refund issued as agreed. For these items, the return postage costs will be reimbursed on an agreed service / cost basis in advance of posting. Unless otherwise agreed, return postage is covered at the cost of standard Royal Mail letter, packet or air mail charges.
