Delivery & Shipping Policy
You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is not always necessary for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.UK DELIVERY
All orders placed before 3:00pm aredespatched from our warehouse the same day. Depending on the selection of youropted method of delivery, items will be sent via UK Royal Mail by 1stClass post, 1st Class recorded delivery or 2nd Classpost. On other items we may use a courier service, DHL or DPD.
All orders placed are subject tostock availability andsecurity checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weightandvalue of the order.
In the event that the service youhave chosen for delivery requires a signature for item being delivered, it ispossible you may not be present. If you are not available at the time, in mostcases a card informing you that a delivery was attempted will be left in yourpostbox by the appropriate carrier service to arrange subsequent re-delivery orcollection.
Delivery times are estimated and on occasion can incur transit delays which may be out of our control.

Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud).
