Delivery & Shipping Policy
You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is not always necessary for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.
All orders placed before 3:00pm are
despatched from our warehouse the same day. Depending on the selection of your
opted method of delivery, items will be sent via UK Royal Mail by 1st
Class post, 1st Class recorded delivery or 2nd Class
post. On other items we may use a courier service, DHL or DPD.
All orders placed are subject to
stock availability and
security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight
value of the order.
In the event that the service you
have chosen for delivery requires a signature for item being delivered, it is
possible you may not be present. If you are not available at the time, in most
cases a card informing you that a delivery was attempted will be left in your
postbox by the appropriate carrier service to arrange subsequent re-delivery or
