Delivery & Shipping Policy
You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is not always necessary for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.
Deliveries are usually made by either the Royal Mail or Citylink. We are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours or in garden sheds. If, when ordering, you left instructions to this effect we must apologise as this is not possible.
If you require next working day delivery goods must be ordered by 3:30pm.
Orders placed outside of normal business hours, will of course be processed on the next available business day.
We can only deliver to addresses related to mode or method of payments. Please note we do not refund postage if customer wishes to return the item.
Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages. (You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case).
Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud).
