My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?

Within the UK the majority of First Class deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact your local sorting office for delivery information - they may even have your parcel at their depot awaiting collection. You can find the location of your local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767.

I've contacted my local sorting office and they don't have the item. What can be done?

Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver before an item can be declared missing. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact us and we will raise a Lost Parcel Claim Form for you. We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund.

Is this item brand new, sealed and genuine?

All our stock is brand new, sealed and official PAL stock.

Does this game include an online code?

All our stock is brand new and sealed. If the title has a online code it will be included in the box.
