We ship via Royal Mail First Class for our games/accessories and via DPD courier for hardware/larger items. Most orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) ship the same day - there may be a delay in shipping your order if Play.com do not approve it instantly and require further verification.
The majority of First Class deliveries arrive the following working day, but Royal Mail's average delivery time for this service is 1-3 working days. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact your local sorting office for delivery information - they may even have your parcel at their depot awaiting collection. You can find the location of your local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767.
If your item has shipped via DPD courier your item should arrive the following working day from dispatch (UK mainland only). Please ensure somebody is at home to sign for the parcel as all courier items require a signature. If DPD are unable to deliver they will attempt delivery a further two times before returning the goods to us. Goods returned to us unsigned for will be refunded.
Shipping Cancellation / Address Change Requests
Unfortunately we are unable to accept order cancellations once an order has gone into processing due to our fast automated dispatch system. We are also unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed for security reasons so please ensure you have the correct shipping details selected before ordering.
Delayed / Lost Parcels
Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver before an item can be declared missing. If after this time your item has still not arrived please contact us and we will raise a Lost Parcel Claim Form for you. We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to action anything until 15 working days from dispatch have passed.
