Christmas Posting Dates 2013
Ordering gifts for Christmas? Be sure to place your orders before the last posting dates for your country. To make this easier we've provided all of the last post dates for our Standard, First Class and Express services below.
2nd Class (Standard Delivery): Wednesday 18th December
*1st Class/ TNT courier: Friday 20th December
**Express Delivery (TNT Express) Monday 23rd December
International Posting dates (Europe)
2nd Class (Standard Delivery) Europe: Monday 9th December
* The method of dispatch will depend on the weight of the parcel; however the above posting date remains the same.
** Please be advised that all times are approximate based upon the estimates supplied by our carriers. We cannot be held responsible if orders are not delivered according to the timescales above at this busy time of year. To prevent dissapointment, order early!
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours once payment has cleared, during peak periods such as Christmas and Bank holidays despatch times maybe slightly higher.
Standard Delivery 2nd Class
Delivery times are 3-5 working days for all orders going to the UK.
Delivery times are 5-7 working days for all orders going to Europe (outside of the UK)
Upgraded Delivery 1st Class (UK only)
Delivery times are 1-2 working days for all order going to the UK
Express Delivery (UK only)
Next day courier service
Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Returns & Refunds Information
We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 30 days of the order being shipped, provided they are in mint condition. Customers are advised to include a brief note explaining the reason for return.
Please note if items are returned as no longer required/change my mind, the cost of the item only will be refunded and not the return postage costs unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In the event you receive an item from us which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us before you return your order so we can offer the best possible solution and also check our stock to see if a replacement is possible. In order for us to process your claim as quickly as possible, please provide us with images of the damaged item, including the delivery note and its postal packaging, within 7 days of receipt. If your item is faulty due to a printing error or physical defect, please include photos so we can check our remaining stock is not affected.
Once an order has been returned to us, we will notify you via email and a refund will be processed. Speedyhen reserves the right to refuse delivery or charge a re-stocking fee for any order returned after 30 days.
