Customer Service & Returns Policy: Starlite Shopping Mall offers a 'No Quibble' Returns Policy: We take maximum care in quality control. If a customer is still not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund . The customer must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased (shipping is not refunded).
Non-Faulty Goods Return Policy: At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for replacement goods or for a full refund, This is on the condition that:
* The goods are returned in perfect condition
* The goods are returned within fourteen days of purchase; and
* You produce proof of purchase.
Non-Faulty goods maybe exchanged in different sizes/colours or styles within 14 days via head office.
