Items may be returned for refund or exchange, provided superphonedeals is notified by email/phone at either email@example.com

Within seven  days of delivery of the item. Superphonedeals must also be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org of any items that have been delivered incorrectly or incomplete within seven  days of delivery of the item.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days after the delivery date (not including the
day of delivery) to inform us of your intention to return an item. A working day is any day which is not a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in the UK.
You must follow these steps:
Contact the Customer Support Team on 02476 267 847 within 7 working days after the delivery date. You'll then be required to send
the goods back via Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own cost. Please return the goods to us within 7 days of your call to the Customer Support Team.
When re-packaging the goods, you need to check: you have included the complete set of product items (including charger, battery, accessories, instruction manual and/or additional items that we originally sent to you, including any free gift; all the goods must be returned,
where possible, with their original packaging, in as good a condition as they were in when they were delivered to you.
Information provided must contain your order number, the title of the item/s you are returning, and the reason for return. Merchandise must be in same condition as when it was sent with all accessories and manuals that came with it, including a copy of the invoice and a short note detailing the reason you are requesting a refund or exchange. Please retain proof of posting. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often. If it does, you can be sure that we??ll be there to help you. Superphonedeals offers a twelve  month manufacturer's warranty on all new items. The superphonedeals twelve  month warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by unlocking a mobile phone, and only covers software faults arising in the course of normal use. superphonedeals do not offer warranty on used products unless stated. If any used products are found to be faulty, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven  days of delivery and we can arrange an rma for the product.
After 28 days from the point of receipt, defective merchandise will be fully tested to verify the fault. Should an item not be found to be
defective it will be dispatched back to you, however should an item be found to be defective we will first seek to repair the item; if no repair can be made, we will seek a replacement item. If no replacement can be issued, a refund will be given to the current sale value. Repairs can take up to 28 working days.
