If you receive your item and decide you don't like the colour, shape, size, or any other aspect then you are welcome to return it to us and get a full refund, including your initial delivery costs (but excluding the cost of returning the item). All we ask is that you:
Please understand that we cannot accept under this part of the guarantee, a return of an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, you will be contacted with an explanation and given the option of having the item returned back to you, or having it accepted as a Used or Incomplete ReturnPlease ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely and that your returns number is written clearly on the outside on the parcel, this will help us process your return quickly.It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned item and as such we recommend you use a signed for delivery method, we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.

- Return it to us within 14 Days of contacting us
- Take Reasonable Care of the item and treat it as you would if you were looking at it in a shop. Please note, this does not mean you can Test an item, or open sealed packaging as neither of these things would be reasonably expected when shopping in a high street shop.
