General Things To Know

  1. Always contact us first to ensure your returns are handled properly and quickly
  2. Keep all your packaging till you are sure you are completely happy with your items, this can often be reused should you need to return your purchase
  3. If returning items you need to take Reasonable Care of them, so please ensure the item you received is the one you want BEFORE opening and using it.
Customer service is very important to us, we will always do our utmost to ensure your returns are handled quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Changed Your Mind

If you receive your item and decide you don't like the colour, shape, size, or any other aspect then you are welcome to return it to us and get a full refund, including your initial delivery costs (but excluding the cost of returning the item). All we ask is that you:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
  2. Return it to us within 14 Days of contacting us 
  3. Take Reasonable Care of the item and treat it as you would if you were looking at it in a shop. Please note, this does not mean you can Test an item, or open sealed packaging as neither of these things would be reasonably expected when shopping in a high street shop.

Please understand that we cannot accept under this part of the guarantee, a return of an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, you will be contacted with an explanation and given the option of having the item returned back to you, or having it accepted as a Used or Incomplete Return

Please ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely and that your returns number is written clearly on the outside on the parcel, this will help us process your return quickly.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned item and as such we recommend you use a signed for delivery method, we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.
