At Telephones Online we want all of our customers to

We know that peace of
mind is very important when dealing with companies you don't know, especially
when ordering online & paying by credit card over the Internet that is why
we don't try to hide our address or contact details, in fact we want you to
know everything about us, so please read on.

Telephones Online has been selling discount telecoms since
1998, we specialise in selling brand new, new & reboxed, manufacturers
factory refurbished (as new), end of line & mail order box damaged products
directly to you, the valued customer, at the lowest prices possible.

Brand New: As the name suggests these items are brand new, it is possible
that the original seal on the box may have been opened to allow us to check
that all the standard items & accessories are included within the box.

New & Reboxed: These are products that are new but due to
the original packaging being damaged the product has been repacked in a mail
order box.

Refurbished: Refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of
these items have never been used. They might for example, be unwanted gifts or
products where customers have simply changed their mind which have then been
returned to us.

They have been
checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), and reboxed (if necessary)
complete with all accessories. They may have minor cosmetic marks that do not
affect or hinder the functionality in any way. All refurbished items will be
clearly marked in the description. In most cases the item will still be in the
original retail packaging which may be damaged, marked or scuffed.

All New, Reboxed and Refurbished products are supported
by a full 12 month Telephones Online warranty.

Cancellation

You as a customer
have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel at any time
within 14 working day cancellation period which starts from the date of the
goods being delivered. This must be done by notifying this intention to
Telephones Online in writing or in another durable medium.

We are happy to
refund or exchange an item, however You will be responsible for returning the
goods including all accessories to us at your own cost unless otherwise stated.

New or Refurbished
Faulty items

If your item develops
a fault please notify us at

If the fault has
developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage
costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to
the Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops
after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us
via 
cs@telephonesonline.co.uk or call on 0800 652 4949 and we will repair
or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Telephones
Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is
returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault
has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be
refunded.

Ink and Toner Returns

All GreenBox Shop
remanufactured inkjet and laser toner cartridges carry a 2 Year Warranty from
date of purchase covering workmanship and materials.

The GreenBox Shop
warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of a
cartridge and does not cover any other problems which may occur as a result of
improper use. Our liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as
outlined above. The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.

If you consider that
you have a defective 'compatible' product we would require specific and
detailed information in order to be able to investigate, should you consider
that the cartridge caused damage to your printer you must contact our customer
support team. Specifically for toners, if you consider that the toner has a
defect and has damaged the printer then we would need to send a technician out
to the site to investigate the toner and printer. It is imperative that the
cartridge is kept in the same condition as when the problem occurred to allow
us to carry out our investigations.

Grade B Faulty items

All products sold on
Telephones Online carry 90 days return to base warranty. If the fault has
developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage
costs as we will send you pre- paid bag or arrange collection; or a replacement
product once the original product has been returned to the Telephones Online
for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops
after 28 days but within the warranty period please contact us via my eBay and
we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the
Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

A copy of the
purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product.

The warranty does not
cover accidental or wilful damage.

Consumables (ink
cartridges, handset batteries, tapes etc) are not covered by the warranty after
a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.

Any of our products
that are not described as "brand new" have been comprehensively
tested & in the case of SIM free mobiles have been 'reflashed' by a leading
UK Service Centre.

As well as stocking
current top brands, we are the most established and by far the largest outlet
for new but discontinued products, used by many of the major manufacturers for
clearing their inventory. This enables us to sell many goods at below even
trade prices.

To ensure a high
degree of standing in the e-commerce marketplace it is of the utmost importance
that our customers can purchase goods securely and swiftly. For that reason we
insist on using a secure server and data encryption to receive order details over
the Internet and we use courier delivery for next day delivery on UK mainland
orders only.
