Telephones Online has been selling discount telecoms since1998, we specialise in selling brand new, new & reboxed, manufacturersfactory refurbished (as new), end of line & mail order box damaged productsdirectly to you, the valued customer, at the lowest prices possible.
Brand New: As the name suggests these items are brand new, it is possiblethat the original seal on the box may have been opened to allow us to checkthat all the standard items & accessories are included within the box.
New & Reboxed: These are products that are new but due tothe original packaging being damaged the product has been repacked in a mailorder box.
Refurbished: Refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion ofthese items have never been used. They might for example, be unwanted gifts orproducts where customers have simply changed their mind which have then beenreturned to us.
They have beenchecked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), and reboxed (if necessary)complete with all accessories. They may have minor cosmetic marks that do notaffect or hinder the functionality in any way. All refurbished items will beclearly marked in the description. In most cases the item will still be in theoriginal retail packaging which may be damaged, marked or scuffed.
All New, Reboxed and Refurbished products are supportedby a full 12 month Telephones Online warranty.
You as a customerhave the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel at any timewithin 14 working day cancellation period which starts from the date of thegoods being delivered. This must be done by notifying this intention toTelephones Online in writing or in another durable medium.
We are happy torefund or exchange an item, however You will be responsible for returning thegoods including all accessories to us at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
New or RefurbishedFaulty items
If your item developsa fault please notify us at email@example.com
If the fault hasdeveloped within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postagecosts or a replacement product once the original product has been returned tothe Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If the fault developsafter 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact usvia firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0800 652 4949 and we will repairor replace it once the original product has been returned to the TelephonesOnline team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product isreturned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a faulthas developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will berefunded.
Ink and Toner Returns
All GreenBox Shopremanufactured inkjet and laser toner cartridges carry a 2 Year Warranty fromdate of purchase covering workmanship and materials.
The GreenBox Shopwarranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of acartridge and does not cover any other problems which may occur as a result ofimproper use. Our liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement asoutlined above. The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties,expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for aparticular purpose.
If you consider thatyou have a defective 'compatible' product we would require specific anddetailed information in order to be able to investigate, should you considerthat the cartridge caused damage to your printer you must contact our customersupport team. Specifically for toners, if you consider that the toner has adefect and has damaged the printer then we would need to send a technician outto the site to investigate the toner and printer. It is imperative that thecartridge is kept in the same condition as when the problem occurred to allowus to carry out our investigations.
Grade B Faulty items
All products sold onTelephones Online carry 90 days return to base warranty. If the fault hasdeveloped within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postagecosts as we will send you pre- paid bag or arrange collection; or a replacementproduct once the original product has been returned to the Telephones Onlinefor assessment and verification of the fault.
If the fault developsafter 28 days but within the warranty period please contact us via my eBay andwe will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to theTelephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.
A copy of thepurchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product.
The warranty does notcover accidental or wilful damage.
Consumables (inkcartridges, handset batteries, tapes etc) are not covered by the warranty aftera period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
Any of our productsthat are not described as "brand new" have been comprehensivelytested & in the case of SIM free mobiles have been 'reflashed' by a leadingUK Service Centre.
