very occasionally - we are only human after all! If we have made a mistake or you are not happy with our products or service then please email us and give us the
opportunity to resolve your issue before you leave us neutral or negative feedback.Please rest assured we will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy to deal with us. We realise that when you place an order you want it now, not in a weeks time! We aim to post items the same day we receive cleared payment Monday to Friday, otherwise
we post items the next working day. We post orders mainly in plain plastic mailing bags. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. We
send most items by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail collect from us each week day afternoon and most UK customers receive their orders
within 2 - 3 working days. Please check our feedback to see what customers say about the speed of our delivery.


We'resure you'll love the products we sell, but if there's a problem that means you need to send the item back, then we're here to make the process as hassle-free as
possible.If the item I have received is not what I ordered or is damaged If you receive an incorrect order or the item you receive is damaged please report this to us
with 24 hours of receiving the item - get in touch and we will endeavour to help.Beforeyou return the item is there anything we can do to help? In some circumstances we can offer a better solution that avoids a returned item. Perhaps you need some assistance in using the item or maybe it's not quite what you expected - get in touch and let's see how we can resolve it.   Your rights under the 'Distance Selling Act' you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to
cancel your order. Delivery charges will be refunded but if only part of your order is cancelled then the original delivery charges will not be refunded.Things you
should remember when returning any item please ensure that all tags and or packaging are still intact and that the items not used. If you return an item without its
original tags or packaging then we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund. Items that were sold without tags / packaging are in exception to this, but must
still remain unused.
