Q: Where do you manufacture your products?
A:The manufacturing of all of our accessories is outsourced to China. We order them in bulk quantities, to ensure the cheapest possible price - this means we can pass the savings onto you, the consumer!
Q: What do I do if something is missing from my order?
A:Our excellent picking staff rarely make mistakes in the collection of orders. However, if your order is incomplete, please e-mail our customer support address directly and we can get the missing components shipped to you as soon as possible, and at no additional cost!
Q: Can I collect my order from you directly?
A:Unfortunately, as an Internet-based retailer, we do not offer the facilities to collect products directly. Although our warehouse is located on-site at our corporate address, members of the general public are not allowed on-site due to health and safety concerns.
Q: Do you accept orders outside of the UK?
