All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of received the order ( Please note
Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days).
All items will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail in the UK as standard, unless the item
is heavy and requires a courier. If you would like to choose another
service then please contact us prior to purchase, and we can take the details
for you, if you require Expediated service there will be an additional charge
All Overseas mail is sent by Standard Royal Airmail.
How Long does delivery take?
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day (you will receive confirmation of
this dispatch). 2nd class normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive in
UK, Airmail can take 10-15 working days to arrive, depending on security /
customs clearance. Most of our items are too large for the letterbox, so
if you are not in, please look for a sorry you were out card from Royal Mail
(or for overseas addresses your local carrier)
What are my items packed in?
All our items are either packed in boxes, grey mail bags or jiffy bags depending on
the item purchased. We do have our returns address details on the
outside, but this should not "give the game away" if it is a
present. We do put a packing note in with the item. ?? This does not
include pricing, (in case this is a gift).
I want the item sent to an alternative address
Please be advised that we can only send the address that you have confirmed on your
order with Play.com.
Right to Cancel
You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your
goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which should be given
in writing prior to you returning the item/s. (An e-mail will
suffice). This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods in
their original condition (ie unworn and tagged) to:

We will either refund or replace your items as soon as we receive the items back
in the condition they were sent in. We will not, however refund your
return postage costs.
If on delivery you find any item is damaged, please contact us and let us
know. We will then either issue a refund or replacement once the items
have been returned to us. We will send you a return address envelope to
return the items in.
