How Much is Delivery?
Delivery to the UK is free, for standard 2nd class post You can Upgrade to either 1st class or Special delivery postage,
1st Class Post - £1.00 normally delivered 1-3 working days after posting (please note this is NOT next day delivery)
Special Delivery - £8.99 - This will be delivered the next working day AFTER dispatch please note that this does not include week-ends, - this option requires a signature upon delivery.
How will my item be delivered?
All Standard Post items will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail in the UK as standard, unless the item is heavy and requires a courier. If upgraded we will use 1st class
Special delivery will normally be sent with Royal Mail, unless the item is bulky and require a courier and require a signature upon delivery
All Overseas mail is sent by Standard Royal Airmail.
How Long does delivery take?
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day (you will receive confirmation of this dispatch). 2nd class post normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive. 1st class post normally takes 1-3 working days and Special delivery will be delivered the next working day after posting (please note that Special delivery requires a signature )
Airmail can take 10-15 working days to arrive, depending on the speed of international clearance..
What are my items packed in?
All our items are either packed in boxes, grey mail bags or jiffy bags depending on the item purchased. We do have our returns address details on the outside, but this should not "give the game away" if it is a present. We do put a packing note in with the item. If you would like this removing, please ask.
My item has not arrived
If your order has not arrived, then please contact us either by email or telephone, so we can check the delivery address for you. As most of our items will not fit through the letterbox, then most likely your item will be at your local Royal Mail delivery office, and you may have recieved a card to let you know about the failed delivery. If you need help finding the phone number for you local office then please contact us.
Contacting your delivery office is the fastest way to re-arrange delivery of your item, (sometimes it is the parcel man rather than your postman that delivers these items)
If you cannot locate your item, then please contact us, and we will sort this out for you.
I need a VAT invoice
Our items include VAT where applicable by UK law (or if being delivered into France only by French Rules. ) If you require a VAT invoice or French TVA invoice, please contact us, and we will arrange this for you.
