This Is It Stores Is a specialised discount multichannel retail business stores which operate online and on the following high streets in the South West of England. Our carefully selected product ranges have been chosen to meet the needs and tastes of a diverse audience. You can currently find our stores based in Paignton (Devon), Bridgwater (Somerset), Exeter (Devon), Barnstaple (Devon), Poole (Dorset) and Taunton (Somerset).
Our Aim
This Is It stores aim to provide the customer with quality products at low, affordable prices. Although we may call ourselves a discount store we are far from the average pound store. The selection of products we offer can range in price depending on your required taste and affordability. We do our best to select quality goods to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In our aim to provide our customers with quality, we have a dedicated buying team who travel the country and the continent to seek out the best deals for our loyal customers.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your item we are happy to provide a refund; if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a refund for the item providing it is returned to us in its original selling condition within 28 days of the purchase date. Please notify us via e-mail at returns@thisisitstores.co.uk. We will then send you a returns form to complete to accompany your item.

Please note:
 - We will not cover return costs for `unwanted items?? 
 - All items remain your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse

Faulty/damaged items:
All faults or damage must be reported to our customer services team as soon as the item is delivered. We will always provide a replacement item, or full refund (If item is no longer available); so long as we are notified within a reasonable amount of time.
