Delivery Policy

We always endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day once we??ve received your payment. However it may not be possible to dispatch your order on the same day (for example during busy periods or where orders are received after operational hours) so please note that your order may be dispatched the following day.
We will not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
 
When your order has been despatched, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery method and a tracking number if applicable.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates as all deliveries are subject to the service provided from partners, i.e. Royal Mail, Yodel, DHL International and any other partners we may use.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although most parcels will arrive within 3 working days.
 
A signature will usually be required. If there is no-one available to take delivery the courier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date.
