The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note that, if you wish to exchange your item, you will also have to pay the additional postage cost for delivering the new item or items.
We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage safe. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item and we will provide you with a pre paid label to return the item free of charge. If you do not use the pre paid label we have sent to you, we will not be liable for any postage costs you incur.
For international orders (including the Republic of Ireland)Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a pre-paid return postage label. You must organise the return yourself. We recommend that you use a tracked service.

We do allow additional time for international refunds/exchanges due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale or which are outside the terms of our Returns Policy but this does not affect your statutory rights.
