We use economy delivery on most items.
Although most orders arrive sooner, please allow up to five working days for your item to arrive.
What is your refund policy?
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item; all items can be returned to us by post within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 1-2 working days from receipt of your product to receive your refund.
If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has been lost in the post.
Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item .
We are able to offer exchanges. A refund can be given on the product if it is returned within the specified time limit, however postage and package is non-refundable.
Payment for postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming the postage of your order until you receive email confirmation of your refund from us. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
How do I return an item?
Should you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail and send the item to the return address provided on your Postage Label.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse.In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund .
