Where Is my order?


UK-  Usually arrive within 3-7 working days of dispatch date but can take up to 20 working days on occasions.

  

International- Usually arrive within 10-14 working days to Europe and 7-18 working days to the US and the rest of the world. Please note orders can occasionally take up to 25 working days to be recieved.

  

If your order has not arrived with you in these time periods please check with your local sorting office. If the book is not there, please send us an email which you can find in our contact us page with your order number which can be found on your dispatch email. 

  

  

Can I request a faster delivery method?

  

Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the present time but that is not to say we won't in the future.

  

  

When was my order dispatched?

 

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and a shipment email will have been sent to you at the time. Please see shipping times above for a guide to when you will be likely to recieve your order.

 

  

Can I get a discount for multiple purchases?

  

We are unable to offer discounts on orders for less than 10 books as we have very competitive prices. However, if you are looking to place an order for more than 10 books, please send us an email with the titles and quantities you require so we can look into this for you.

  

  

What can I do if I am experiencing problems paying for my order?

  

 Please contact play.com directly as all payment information goes through them before the order is passed onto us. We are sorry that we can not assist you with issue. 

  

  

Can I provide an address change after purchase?

  

Yes, please send us an email with your order number and new address, this can be found on our contact us page. Please note that changes to the order can not be made once your order has been processed by one of our team and dispatched, sorry.

  

  

How do I return my order?

  

We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email with your order number if you have not already so that we can try and resolve this. However if you would still like to return your order, please see our returns page above for more details.
