Not happy with a purchase?
Don't worry; we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We will give you 14 days to return any goods purchased from us that you are not happy with. All we ask is that the goods are returned in the same condition to which they were received and in its original resalable packaging. Any returns will require written confirmation by email before sending goods back; we will then issue you with a dispatch note to send back in the parcel. The cost of returning goods is at the buyer??s expense. A customer may also cancel an order, if he/she not happy with a delay of more than 10 working days to deliver the product. All the cancellations/returns may be charged restocking fees up to 25% of the value of the order.
NOTE: Please ensure you take out appropriate proof of purchase and insurance when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods that have not arrived.
Any order cancellation can only happen before the dispatch or within 7 days of purchase, whichever is earlier. All the cancellations/returns may be charged restocking fees of up to 25% of the value of the order.
In case of any goods damaged in transit or if the product received is faulty, you may claim 14 days warranty with us. To process the warranty for you, we would need the written request from you and approval from our end followed by the goods itself. We will then look into the replacement, part refunds or full refunds. In any case, there may be an admin charge of 25% of the value of the order and postage, if applicable. The cost of returning goods is at the buyer??s expense.
Any refunds will always be issued without delay. Upon receiving goods as stated in the terms above, you will be refunded your money straight away. Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to clear in your bank.
