How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Where is my item?
Whilst Royal Mail endeavour to deliver on time, occassionally there can be delays with the delivery of your item. If your item hasn't been delivered after 5 working days, then please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office as often parcels are found awaiting collection from the customer, but a delivery card has not been left.
Royal Mail will consider an item delayed for up to 15 working days after the date it was due to be delivered (10 days for Special Delivery items). Once this time has passed, and there has still been no delivery, the item will then be classed as lost. At this point we will then be able to offer a replacement or full refund and submit a claim with Royal Mail, we are not able to do this until the 15 working days (or 10 days for Special Delivery items) have passed. These timelines have been set by Royal Mail and can be viewed on their website.
For all items sent via Express Delivery, we will send you a tracking number so that we are able to trace your item should it be delayed. Express Delivery is the only trackable service that we offer at this time, aside from any larger items that are sent via courier.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should wish to return an
item, then we are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date
of purchase. Please email us on email@example.com explaining the reason for your return and we will get back to you with details of how to return the product and an RMA number.
Should you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, then
Toy Trade will be responsible for the return postage of the faulty item
and will either offer a refund (including postage) or exchange it for
another item according to the preference of the customer.
Should you wish to return an item for any other reason, then the
purchaser will be responsible for the payment of the return postage,
once the product has been received back by Toy Trade and then a refund
will be issued (excluding postage). Items must be returned in a saleable
condition, and will be inspected upon of them.
When returning an item, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage,
as Toy Trade cannot be held responsible for products that do not arrive.
