Refunds & Exchanges

  

Refunds:

We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there was any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.

Returns are accepted within 7 days the buyer pays for return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered, postage charge will be applicable for all refund even if postage was free at time of purchase unless the item was faulty when delivered.

The procedure for refunds is:

  1. Send us a return request via eBay letting us know that you would like a refund
  2. Once it is accepted we will send a refund tracking number to you, please attach this to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside. Please note if you do not do this it may take longer to process your refund
  3. Once we receive the item and check that it is in good condition we will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs
  4. Please note you will be liable for shipping costs, unless it was a fault with our listing or the item was damaged or unusable. Refunds without id numbers may take longer to process. Refunds will not be accepted until a return request is made if you don't know how to make one click the link at the bottom of this page for more info.

                 

Exchanges:

As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable to your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.

The procedure for exchanges are:

    Message us to let us know that you would like to exchange and item, and what item you would like instead
  1. If the item you asked for is in stock we will give you a exchange code, please attach this to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside. Please note if you do not do this it may take longer to process your refund
  2. If the replacement item you requested isn't in stock , then you can still keep the item or get a full refund by following the refund procedure
  3. Once we get the item back, and it is in the same condition , we will send out the replacement item, there is no need to open a refund request in this case
  4. Once the item reaches us we will pay for the shipping to get the replacement item out to you
