If you decide within 14 days of delivery that you have ordered in error, or no longer want the item, then notify me for return details.

Requests for such returns after this time, up to 21 days from delivery date, would be considered on an individual basis.

The above return costs, in both instances, to be met by the purchaser.

In cases where an item is faulty, please contact me in order to return for a replacement or refund. For such items, when a fault is found, I'll reimburse 2nd class return postage by way of a partial refund.

Whatever the reason for return, you must first contact me to obtain authorisation.
