We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product and our service. If you have any problem with your purchase we will exchange it or refund the cost of the item.
If you decide you do not want to keep the item you may return it to us at your own expense for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing.
Faulty item: If your item develops a fault please contact the publisher or manufacturer for technical help/repair before contacting us. If they cannot solve the problem we will then accept it back for a refund or replacement, we accept returns for a faulty item up to 6 months after ordering.
Damaged item: The majority of orders are packaged in a padded envelope which usually protects the item inside; unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transit. If your item is damaged we will offer a replacement item or you may return it for a full refund.
Incorrect item: If you are sent the incorrect item it is likely a mistake with the packing, In this case please contact us and we will send out the correct item immediately along with a pre-paid returns label.
Please note: We will only cover the return postage cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
