We aim for same-day shipping on all goods ordered before 1 P.M. If you order after that time, we guarantee that your order will be shipped the very next day! After shipping, goods generally take around 3 - 5 days to arrive.

Play.com will always ensure that it provides a confirmation e-mail to your listed e-mail address. If you have not received such an e-mail, and you're certain you ordered your product correctly, you can e-mail our customer support  to arrange your order.

Q: Where do you manufacture your products?

A: The manufacturing of all of our accessories is outsourced to China. We order them in bulk quantities, to ensure the cheapest possible price - this means we can pass the savings onto you, the consumer!

Q: What do I do if something is missing from my order?

A: Our excellent picking staff rarely make mistakes in the collection of orders. However, if your order is incomplete, please e-mail our customer support address directly and we can get the missing components shipped to you as soon as possible, and at no additional cost!

Q: Can I collect my order from you directly?

A: Unfortunately, as an Internet-based retailer, we do not offer the facilities to collect products directly. Although our warehouse is located on-site at our corporate address, members of the general public are not allowed on-site due to health and safety concerns.

Q: Do you accept orders outside of the UK?
A: We aim to deliver products to anywhere in the EU. It may take longer for orders to arrive depending on location, so if you're unsure about specific delivery times, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department to make sure!
