Shipping & Returns



All of our orders are despatched within 2 working days from the order date
by 2nd Class Royal Mail and will be delivered to the address selected
when the order was placed. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before
confirming your order as we are unable to amend these details.

Last despatch of the working day is 5PM. (i.e. Not Saturdays, Sundays or
Bank Holidays)

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your delivery please see the
advice below:

  • Is it less than 4 working days since your mail should have arrived?

If so, hold tight, it is probably on its way but may have been held up.

  • Is it 4-10 days since your mail should have been delivered?

If so, you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and is awaiting

  • Have 15 working days passed since the item was posted to you?

Royal Mail will now class your item as lost. You must email us declaring that you have not received the item; this email may be used if requested by Royal Mail.

We cannot refund or replace items that Royal Mail has lost until after 15 working days have passed.

Please note if items are returned as no longer required/change of mind the cost of the item only will be refunded and not the return postage cost, please be advised there will also be a £1 restocking fee.

Items cannot be returned beyond 28 days from purchase date.
