365 DAY RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible for you. You can do this for up to an entire year, as long as the product is exactly as it was when we shipped it. No damage to the product, unopened, packaging in absolute perfect and resaleable condition.
To arrange a return, please email us so we can email you returns instructions. The cost of a return from overseas that must be agreed in writing between the Sender and the Customer Services Dept. If item is found to be faulty or a warehouse misspick, we will reimburse to the value of the least-cost method available.
Once we have received the returned item we will initiate the refund, minus our actual postage costs (approx £2-3 in most cases. Globes and larger items may cost slightly more).Socks, Underwear, Clearance Stock, Bulk-orders & Business-to-Business special orders cannot be returned. Damaged deliveries must be reported on the day of the delivery.
