Q My item hasn't arrived and it is past the estimated delivery date!

QWhen will I get my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery thereafter from
our UK warehouse is 3 to 5 business days within the UK and 7 to 10
business days to the rest of Europe.

Q Can I request a faster delivery method?

A We are sorry but we are unable to offer a differing method of delivery.

Q Can you supply more details about an item?

Due to the volume of stock we carry, we are unable to check individual
items to offer further information than is stated on the listing. Please
note we are happy to accept the return of unwanted items.

Q Can I collect an item in person from your warehouse?

A Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to serve customers on site.

Q How do I return an item I no longer require?

We are happy to accept the return of unwanted items within 30 days of
receipt, in their original condition. For further information on
