How long will my delivery take?
We aim is to ship all orders within 1 business day of order placement (subject to payment authorization). You will receive an automated email as soon as your order is picked and dispatched. Typically orders should be received as follows:
Mainland United Kingdom3-10 days
Non Mainland United Kingdom3-10 days
Europe (EU)5-12 days

Return Policy
We hope that you??re pleased with your purchase however, there may be occasions when you will need to return an item to us. We would ask you first to refer to our FAQ section where there is a wealth of information on troubleshooting your item. Some of the steps are basic and easy to follow and in 75% of the case eliminate the fault altogether.To return a product, please first read though the following terms and before proceeding.

What if My item is faulty?
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. All items come with Buy It Love It 90 day warranty.


What if I change my mind?
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used, the box not unsealed and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received
we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.


What if my item is damaged on receipt?
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

They will provide you with a RMA number which must be included with your item as well as full information on your purchase.In addition to this policy you should also refer to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
