Delivery Policy 


We send all order placed by Royal mail 1st or CITY-LINK. This service has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the same day but during peak season's this may vary. Should your delivery not arrive within the estimated delivery period please contact us via email for an update, please be aware that in some circumstances this delivery time can be slightly longer as all delivery times are estimated.

Returns Policy

At eGAZS we want you to be able to shop with 100% confidence. Nobody to be stuck with goods they do not want, and we are here to ensure that happens.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Items received faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. We ask you contact us with details of the item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item to us. Produts that are faulty or damaged will be replaced or refunded on the day we receive the original item back and we have checked it. We will require you to send the item back to us using 2nd class post and this cost will be reimburse to you once we receive the item back, unfortunatel we are unable to reund your postage cost if any other method for return is used.

Please contact us using the feature within your account to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will advice you to return or will be refunded without return the goods.

Unwanted Goods or Wrong Items Ordered

Please inform us within 48 Hours of receipt should you wish to return your item purchased. You the buyer are responsible for the return of postage and initial postal cost incurred by eGAZS. We do not have a restocking fee policy for any item we sell. You are also welcome to exchange the product for the correct item and we will either charge or refund the difference where appropriate. Refunds due will be issued on the same day the item is received back. Please contact us first if you wish to return an item.

To be eligiblefor a refund, goods must be in original packaging and in a condition that will allow for resale.

There are no refunds for installed or used Electronc item, Health & Beauty Products and Vitamins & Supplements.
