Returns And Refunds

We want you to shop in confidence with iPosters and as such we have simplified our returns & refund procedure.

Before returning any item, for any reason, you must request a returns authorisation number. This can be done by email through your buyer account page. Please include your order number and a brief reason for return.

Returning an unwanted item.

We accept returns of unwanted orders if the return is requested within 14 days of receipt. Any such items must be received in an unused and re-sellable condition. We will issue a refund minus our initial delivery costs. You will have to pay the cost of returning the order. 

Returning a damaged item.

Please contact us within 7 days If your order is damaged in transit.  We will issue a replacement order if a replacement is available. We will usually request proof of damage, for example an image via email. We will not usually require the return of a damaged order. 

Please obtain a returns authorisation number from us before returning any item.
