QWhen will I get my order?
A Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery thereafter from our UK warehouse is 3 to 4 business days within the UK and 5 to 7 business days to the rest of Europe. Delivery from our US warehouse is up to 14 business days to any country.

Q Can I request a faster delivery method?
A We are sorry but we are unable to offer a differing method of delivery.
Q Can you supply more details about an item?
A Due to the volume of stock we carry, we are unable to check individual items to offer further information than is stated on the listing. Please note we are happy to accept the return of unwanted items.
Q Can I collect am item in person from your warehouse?
AUnfortunately we do not have the facilities to serve customers on site.
Q How do I return an item I longer require?
AWe are happy to accept the return of unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition. For further information on returns, please see our link on any of our listings or within our Play shop.
Q I received a damaged/wrong item!
A In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.
Q I am ordering a DVD, which region do I need?
A Each of our listings states which region a DVD is. This is either a number for DVDs, or a letter for Blu-rays. This can limit which country the DVD or Blu-ray can be played in, unless you own a multi-region device. For viewing within the UK and rest of Europe you will require a Region 2 DVD or Region B Blu-ray, or a multi-region player.
