REFUND AND RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase on all non-customised orders. Personalised / customised items are not covered. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed.
Defective products may be returned within a reasonable period of time from date of purchase for a replacement or merchandise credit only.
In order to receive a refund, you must first contact us for the return authorisation code and return address.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, enclose the Return Authorisation number issued with your return. We advise that any returns are sent via tracked mail.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
