If there are any delays in dispatch we will always compensate by upgrading the delivery service used to make up for lost time


Order not received within advertised delivery shedule

Occasionally items do go missing whilst in the postal system. Occasionally the items considered lost have just been mis directed or delayed due to mechanical errors, mis sorting, delievered to a neighbour etc. We ask the customer to wait 14 days (2 weeks) from dispatch date if residing in the UK, 21 days if residing in the EU before notifying us. Royal mail ask us to wait about a month before chasing them for compensation, so we try to find a fair balance. We will be more than happy to issue replacements or refunds after this time. 

Order damaged during transit

If your order has arrived damaged or no in the advertised condition, please get in touch immediately. We will launch a full investigation with Royal Mail and organise a solution to meet your needs

Item no longer wanted

On play.com, accidental orders are commonplace. If you decide you no longer want the item you ordered, you are more than welcome to return it to us for a full refund (if the packaging is still intact). If the product has been opened, we have to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the items value or £4 (whichever is lowest). This is because we need to send the item back to the manufacturer for repackaging (which costs us money) and by the time it has come back to us (2-4 months), the item would have depreciated in value.

Item Faulty

We honour manufacturers warranty up to 1 year. After 1 year you will have to exchange with the manufacturer directly. You are more than welcome to return the item to us within that timeframe for a replacement. If the order was placed over 30 days ago, we are unable to issue a refund, only a replacement. Our technical team will test your return and will send it back if they are able to resolve the issue.
