Terms and Conditions

All our Items carry a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated). Your statutory rights are not affected.

We reserve the right to ask for additional postage, if Highlands,islands or non mainland UK or overseas.

The acceptance of orders by clicking on the "confirm order" button, is acknowledging the terms below. This, however, represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until accepted by us.
This is accepted by dispatching the goods to you with a dispatch note issued by us to you. Receipt of an order by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. Ie unshippable location

 

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  If after 5 working days your item still has not arrived, please regularly check at your local sorting office as it may be too big to fit through most letter boxes, they should leave a card but sometimes do not.

Royal mail will only accept that your item has been lost 15 working days from date of posting UK (20 working days Non-UK), if after this time it has not arrived please get back to us and we will investigate further. Do not worry your order is fully insured and it will either be replaced or refunded in full.

Returning Goods ?? Our Returns Policy :

We hope that you??re pleased with your purchase from us; however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods. We??ve set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned.

 

Goods are faulty on arrival

If you find your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order (may change in other countries as per the individual countries legal minimum timeframes). In circumstances where we are unable to source a like-for-like replacement an alternate will be offered or a refund will be issued. We will cover the postal charges

 

Goods have become faulty during use

If your goods have become faulty after delivery, and within the warranty period, then you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. Please note that in instances where we are unable to source an identical replacement
an alternative replacement may be offered or a refund

If after the first 6 months of a 1 year warranty an item is faulty we can only offer a replacement or goods up to the value of this item.

For both of these situations you are liable for return postage costs. If your item is found to be not faulty you will be liable for the cost to return the item to you or, if refunded, will be refunded minus basic postage costs (see other points to note below)

Please note in some cases it may be quicker, more efficient or simply manufacturer's policy for you to deal directly with them rather than us - in these cases, we will assist you how to do this

 

Goods damaged on arrival

If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the package is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.

Once damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we will then replace or refund them. Normally this will be processed within 1-2 working days .

 

Wrong item received

If we have made an error please ensure you contact us within 7 working days of receipt to raise the issue, this will help get this resolved for you in a timely manner. This mistake could have happened for a number of
reasons and it is not always down to a warehouse error as many listings are automated. We will cover the postal charges

 

You have simply changed your mind (Distance Selling Regulations)

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded minus basic postage costs  (see other points to note below)

In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:

  • You must have contacted us in in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
  • If the product is computer software, Printers, Toners or any audio/video recording it must be unopened.
  • The item must be returned complete with ALL accessories and manuals/guides.
  • The item must be in the original box and packaging

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost to yourself to reach us in an as new condition.

If there are any other issues with your order that are not covered above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period of time you could be liable for a 15% restocking fee if we have agreed to take
the item back.

 

Not collected from customs or return to sender.

In both of these cases if the item is returned to us and we are unable to contact you the item will be refunded minus basic postage costs. (see other points to note below) There also may be a cost to resend the item back
out

 

Other points to note

EU Sales - For all EU sales, any return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer

You are responsible for obtaining proof of postage on all returns; if the parcel does not arrive we cannot do anything without a proof of posting receipt

We adhere to each different countries legal cooling off/return timeframe.

Our current standard UK rates for deduction of postage & packaging run at

  • Royal Mail - £3.00
  • Courier - £6.00
  • International - various, dependant onweight/value

How to return goods

Please contact us detailing the reason for the return, whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement and where applicable a full description of the fault and any correspondence you have had with the manufacturer to resolve your issue.

We will contact you with a Returns Form (simply a text email) which will need to be completed, printed and included with your return when sending.

Please ensure that your item is packaged suitably for transit and that you display the returns address and if applicable the Freepost Code clearly on the exterior.

Important: once we??ve issued a Returns Form number, it??s only valid for 14 DAYS. If we??ve not received the goods back after 14 days, the Return will no longer be valid. It??s therefore important that you send the goods back Within 14 days of the returns form being issued.
