We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we aim to make things as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our customer service team using the details below BEFORE returning any item so your return can be authorised. Failure to do this may result in no refund being issued. We accept returns of unwanted but still sealed games within 7 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. We will also accept faulty returns up to 30 days after purchase but please contact customer services with any queries. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item.
