We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we aim to make things as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our customer service team using the details below BEFORE returning any item so your return can be authorised. Failure to do this may result in no refund being issued. We accept returns of unwanted but still sealed games within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. We will also accept faulty returns up to 30 days after purchase but please contact customer services with any queries. Please note, with respect to faulty items we are only able to accept returns of products with an inherent fault and not items that are no longer operating due to neglect or other means of damage - ex. disc scratching caused by hardware (commonly referred to as laser burnt). We aim to process all returns within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy - Purchases made from our play.com store between 1st November - 24th December (inclusive) 2014 can be returned up until 16th January 2015. Our other refund terms and conditions still apply. Note, unwanted items must be unopened and unused.
