All of our products are fulfilled by Amazon to give you 100% peace of mind that when you purchase an item, it is in stock and will be posted by Amazon direct to you. Amazon also take care of our customer service so if you do have an issue you can speak directly to Amazon and get any problem sorted out quickly and efficiently. If you receive an item and it doesn't fit or you have just changed your mind its simple and easy sending it back and getting your money back in full.
As with any product, sometimes a faulty item can get missed so if you feel the item you have received is faulty please just get in touch, we will either refund you in full or get a replacement out to you if we hold one in stock.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
All items ordered from our store for delivery within the UK are sent via Royal Mail care of the Amazon fulfillment program, and will be dispatched to you within 1 working days of placing your order so please allow up to 3 business days to receive your item. At busier times like Christmas please allow a little longer.
How much will delivery cost?The charge for delivery of any items ordered from our store to addresses within the UK is free unless stated otherwise.
Are you able to deliver to PO Box addresses?Yes
Royal Mail now operate a delivery to neighbour service. This means if you are out your postman will attempt to leave the item with one of your neighbours. Please make sure you have asked your neighbours before contacting the sorting office.
