We operate a 14 day returns policy, allowing you to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of it. Please be aware that your returned items must be received by us within this 14 day period for you to qualify for a full refund. Any postage costs, either incurred by you when returning the item, or the cost of postage when your order was originally dispatched, are non-refundable.
Should you wish to exchange your item outside of this 14-day period you may do so provided the item has not been worn, damaged, washed or removed from any outer packaging it may have been shipped in, and is in a resell able condition.
Although this is true for the majority of products available from this site, we are unable to accept exchanges on items including underwear and lingerie once they have left our care for hygiene reasons.
If you return your item to us for an exchange and it is found not to be in a suitable condition to qualify, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
