To ensure the quickest delivery times, please select an address where someone will be present between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but unfortunately our service can sometimes be restricted by location or carrier availability. Occasionally we cannot deliver large products to outlying regions of the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for further information.

Cancellation/Change of address on order

We regret that once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend/cancel your order details. Please ensure that you check that your order details are correct prior to submission.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Faulty Goods:

All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be retuned to us within 14 days of receipt, please contact us so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.

 

Wrong Item Delivered:

If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

 

Change of Mind:

If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

NB. Due to health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept hosiery, wigs and underwear returns.
